Payment is sent via paypal or kofi in gbp (£)

payment should be sent within 48 hours of the sketch being completed & approved by the client, otherwise I have to assume that i have been ghosted

You may not use my art for commercial purposes (e.g. for reselling) or for training ai

You may ask for larger scale changes during the sketch phase. Once I have started colouring & rendering you can request minor changes. please feel free to make me aware of any mistakes so I can correct them

in the event where I personally am unable to complete your commission, I will contact you to state the reason for the cancellation and i will issue a full refund

you can request a full refund as long as I have not started colouring, after which you can request a 50% refund

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. if possible i will state the reason

please feel free to request an update. I endeavour to send screenshots of the progress at each 'milestone' but i may need reminding

turnaround time ranges from 1 week to possibly a month. i am a full-time student and in general i draw slowly, please bear that in mind. please do feel free to give me a nudge if your commission has been stagnant for a while
